Once your evaluation has been completed, it will be kept in our archives along with your credentials and application for a period of 5 years from the date the evaluation was completed after which it will be destroyed. If your evaluation report was prepared more than 5 years ago, you will have to apply and pay for a new evaluation.

If the completion date of your evaluation is less than 5 years old and you need to order extra official reports of your evaluation please click on Applications & Forms » Request for Extra Officials to obtain the necessary form.

If your evaluation is more than 5 years old, you need to apply as a new applicant and submit a new ACEI application with your credentials and fees. Please click on Applications & Forms » Academic Evaluation Application to obtain the necessary form.
