1. Evaluation Fees

The evaluation fees provide one (1) OFFICIAL Report and one (1) DUPLICATE COPY of the evaluation
Experiential Learning Evaluation Fee: $ 600.00


2. Extra Official Copies:
Fee for each extra official report at the time of application and evaluation: $ 30.00


3. RUSH Service (optional – additional cost)
Ten (10) Business Day RUSH $200.00

4. Evaluation Delivery (required - additional cost)
If you do not provide the required mailing fee, you will be charged the First Class mailing fee or Air Mail (overseas addresses) for each mailing address provided.
The following mailing options are available.
• First Class (domestic/US only) [per mailings] $7.00 min*
• Air Mail (overseas/international) [per mailings] $12.00 min*
• Priority Mail (domestic/US only) [per mailings] $14.00 min*
• Courier/Express (domestic/US only) [per mailings] $40.00 min*
• Courier/Express (overseas/international) [per mailings] $80.00 min*
• Electronic Mail (Email) [per mailings] $10.00
• Facsimilie (FAX) [per mailings] $10.00


NOTE#1: * Mailing and delivery fees listed are the minimum fees for each type of mailing. Certain delivery locations/oversized/extra-large original documents will require additional fees for return mail. Applicants will be notified of the additional postage fee once documents and application are on file.

NOTE#2: ACEI will transmit the official results of the evaluation by Email to the academic institution and/or agency for which the evaluation is intended. Evaluation results will not be transmitted electronically to the applicant. If you request an email transmission of your official evaluation, a hard copy will NOT be issued by ACEI.

NOTE#3: ACEI will transmit the official results of the evaluation by FAX to the academic institution and/or agency for which the evaluation is intended. Evaluation results will not be sent by FAX to the applicant.

NOTE#4: ACEI requires 2 complete sets of academic documents. If you do not provide the required number of documents, ACEI will contact you for a photocopying fee.

5. Methods of Payment

ACEI accepts the following methods of payment for fees:

•Cashiers Check
•Money Order
•Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
•Debit Cards

NOTE: Money Order/Cashiers Checks must be in US dollars and payable to ACEI. Personal checks are not acceptable for Experiential Learning Evaluations.

FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
